We actually call them Smart Test Modules. There are two types: STM-S for small PCBAs and STM-L for large PCBAs. Fully automated and 80% HW re-usable, they either come in a side drawer or in a conveyer version for loading/un-loading, depending on the production volume.

SiFO has developed several types of Test Stations for Electronic Device Assemblies. Technologies to be tested include Bluetooth, W-Fi, NFC, Video Camera, Audio mics and speakers, high speed USB, etc...

SiFO has designed a variety of custom electronic cards that are part of our test systems. While these in-house design help us to deliver highly reliable, low cost automated test systems, we also routinely integrate some of our customers' PCBAs into our test system design according to their needs. 

We deployed a fully automated PCBA test line at one of our San-Francisco Bay customers, in their prototype labs. Automated PCBA loading, SW download, functional testing and RF testing were all part of a re-usable test line architecture.

One of the largest OEMs of Silicon Valley has relied on SiFO to design, deploy and maintain a fleet of Autonomous Mobile Robots. We implemented a fully automated Burn-In Test Process, with dozens of AMRs picking up and carrying batteries to/from charging stations to/from multi-shelves Burn-In Stations, opening/closing doors along the way.
